Job Description

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Handle sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.

Handle GST entries, returns, and related documentation.

Maintain proper records of expenses, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

Assist with monthly and yearly closing of accounts.

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and customers when required.

Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports for management.

Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records.
