Accountant

Sales & Revenue Accounting

• Verify sales invoices, receipts, and customer payments.
• Reconcile daily sales with DMS/ERP and accounting software.
• Monitor pending customer payments and advances.

2. Service & Workshop Accounting

• Account service invoices and labour charges.
• Verify workshop billing and technician-related entries.
• Reconcile workshop revenue with daily collections.

3. Spare Parts Accounting

• Account spare parts purchases and sales.
• Reconcile inventory with physical stock.
• Monitor stock adjustments and inventory valuation.
• Coordinate with stores for stock verification.

4. Accounts Payable

• Verify vendor invoices and supporting documents.
• Maintain vendor ledger reconciliation.

5. Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Record customer advances and adjust against invoices.

6. Bank & Cash Management

• Prepare daily bank reconciliation statements.
• Verify cash, card, UPI, and finance collections.
• Record all bank transactions accurately.
• Ensure timely bank deposits and reconciliation.

7. Statutory Compliance

• Prepare data for GST returns and reconcile GSTR-2B.
• Ensure TDS deduction and reconciliation.
• Maintain statutory records for audit.
• Support internal and statutory audits.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• CA Inter (Preferred)

Experience

• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in an automobile dealership is preferred.
• Experience with HERO dealership operations will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills

• Tally Prime / ERP Software
• Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS)
• GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance
• Bank Reconciliation
