Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Pune,Bandra, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of accounting experience and be proficient in handling day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation, and reconciliations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, purchase entries, and sales entries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory records as applicable.
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
• Maintain cash book, petty cash, and expense records.
• Generate financial reports and MIS reports for management.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
