Job Description
1.Maintain Day-to-Day accounting entries and financial records.
2.Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase bills, and Voucher
3. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
4. Perform bank recounciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
5.Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
6.Verify supplier invoices and coordinate for vendor payments.
7.Maintain GST related and assist with GST return preparation.
8.Assist in TDS calculation, deductions and related documentations.
9. Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices and other financial documents.
10.Prepare monthly reports, outstanding statements, and other other MIS reports.
11.Any other work as and when decided by management.
