3D Visualizer

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Drafter & 3D Visualizer who will be responsible for converting interior design concepts into accurate 2D layouts, detailed drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior spaces, materials, furniture and construction details, along with a willingness to learn and use AI-powered design and visualization tools.

You do not need to be an AI expert. We will provide training.

The key requirement is a learning mindset and willingness to adopt new technology to work faster and smarter.

• Key Responsibilities1. 2D Drafting & LayoutsPrepare accurate furniture layouts and space planning drawings.
• Develop detailed floor plans, elevations and sections.
• Prepare furniture, ceiling, electrical and other interior drawings as required.
• Convert design concepts into technically workable drawings.
• Ensure dimensions, levels and detailing are accurate.
• Make revisions based on client, designer and execution requirements.
• 2. 3D VisualizationCreate 3D models of residential and commercial interiors.
• Develop realistic 3D renders for client presentations.
• Create different design options based on project requirements.
• Work with materials, textures, lighting, furniture and accessories.
• Produce renders that accurately represent the proposed design.
• 3. AI & Technology IntegrationLearn and use AI tools for faster design development and visualization.
• Use AI to assist with ideation, mood boards, material exploration and visualization.
• Explore new AI tools that can improve drafting and rendering productivity.
• Follow company's technology-enabled design workflow.
• Continuously improve turnaround time and output quality through technology.

Training will be provided for the AI tools and workflows used by EIKO.

Software SkillsRequired / Preferred:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / 3ds Max / similar 3D software
• V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion / Twinmotion / similar rendering software
• Photoshop or equivalent
• Basic understanding of interior detailing and construction drawings

AI Tools:

• Willingness to learn AI-based design and visualization tools is mandatory.
• Prior experience with AI tools will be an advantage but is not compulsory.
