Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Customer Support Executives to join our Sales & Voice Process team. The role involves speaking with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and assisting them with the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.

- Follow up with interested customers and generate sales opportunities.

- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication.

- Maintain a positive and professional conversation with customers.

- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales targets.

- Update customer details and call status in the system.

- Build good customer relationships and provide a smooth customer experience.

Candidate Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Basic Hindi/English communication skills.

- Freshers are welcome; experience in BPO, telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage.

- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
