• Job Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales enquiries.
• Follow up with leads received through Google, Facebook, Instagram, IndiaMART, website and other sources.
• Explain our modular office furniture, workstations and interior solutions to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer information and follow-up status in the CRM.
• Regularly follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Design and Production teams for customer requirements.
• Maintain daily call reports and lead conversion records.
• Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation and appointment targets.
• Build good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to convince and communicate with customers.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales or interior/furniture industry will be an advantage.
