Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
  • Explain products or services clearly.
  • Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers.
  • Maintain call records and update customer information.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales or customer-support team.
  • Requirements:Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Hindi/English or relevant local-language proficiency.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle customers professionally.
  • Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.
