Job Description

Team Supervision & Leadership: Direct daily workflow, set clear performance expectations, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture.

Performance Management: Monitor key metrics (KPIs/SLAs), conduct regular performance reviews, identify training gaps, and offer constructive feedback or coaching.

Operational Oversight: Ensure process adherence, handle escalated issues or complex client/customer queries, and streamline daily operational tasks.

Reporting & Strategy: Track team progress, prepare periodic reports for management, and collaborate with upper management to refine processes and strategy.

Resource Management: Assist with onboarding, training new hires, managing shift schedules, and allocating resources effectively.
