Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Assistant to manage day-to-day store operations, maintain stock records, handle material movement, and support dispatch activities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Maintain and update material inward and outward registers.

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against relevant documents.

• Handle loading and unloading of materials safely and efficiently.

• Arrange, label, and store materials in designated locations.

• Prepare and dispatch materials as per delivery instructions and schedules.

• Conduct physical stock verification and report discrepancies to the reporting manager.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production, and Dispatch teams for material-related activities.

• Ensure proper material safety, and prevention of damage or loss.

• Perform other store-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational qualification: 12th, Diploma, Undergraduate, or Graduate.

• Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

• Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills are preferred.

• Good organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle materials and follow safety instructions.

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Salary:

 • 10K – 15K (As per interview performance and company norms)

Reporting Structure:

 • The employee will report to the Manager or another designated reporting authority.
