🚀 About the Role

MINIMAL is looking for an experienced and target-driven Showroom Manager to lead showroom sales, manage the sales team, build strong customer relationships and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong showroom/retail sales experience, excellent team-handling skills and preferably an established network among Interior Designers, Architects, Consultants and Contractors.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom sales and operations.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the showroom sales team.
• Set, monitor and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into successful sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.
• Manage leads, quotations, follow-ups and order conversions.
• Handle key and premium customers and support the team in closing high-value sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Generate business through Interior Designers, Architects, Consultants and Contractors.
• Identify new project and business opportunities through professional networks.
• Monitor showroom presentation, product displays and overall customer experience.
• Coordinate with design, warehouse, dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Track sales pipeline, lead conversion, pending orders and team performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS.
• Train and coach sales team members to improve productivity and conversion.
• Identify opportunities to increase showroom walk-ins, enquiries and overall sales.

⭐ Candidate Profile - 3–7 years of experience in Showroom Sales / Retail Sales / Sales Management.

• Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer handling, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to handle premium/high-value customers professionally.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and sales reporting.
• Confident, proactive and target-oriented personality.
• Strong understanding of the local market and customer preferences.

🤝 Preferred Experience & Network

Candidates with a strong network and established relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, Consultants and Contractors will be highly preferred.

Experience in the following industries will be an advantage:
