Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Manager to oversee human resources operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.

- Oversee onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and retention.

- Manage employee performance reviews, appraisals, and career development.

- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.

- Support management in organizational planning and employee development.

- Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular HR reports.

- Lead and guide the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.

- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with managerial experience.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labour laws.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.

Salary

As per experience, skills, and interview performance.

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
