Job Description – Sales Executive (Solar Industry)
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ravet, Pune
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer data and enquiries provided by the company.
- Call customers and understand their solar requirements.
- Explain solar products, systems, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and order confirmation.
- Follow up with customers for advance and pending payments.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular communication and good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.
- Maintain records of customer calls, enquiries, quotations, orders, and payment follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar products is an added advantage.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
