Sales and Application Specialist – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

•   On Field visit hospitals, clinics, physiotherapy centers, sports training, wellness centers, rehab clinics, government institutes, and other potential customers to generate new business.

•            Identify and develop new customers and institutional leads.

•            Follow up with existing and prospective customers.

•            Explain and demonstrate products to customers.

•            Conduct product demos, presentations, and customer training.

•            Provide product training to customers and users after installation/purchase.

•            Prepare and explain product comparisons with competitor products.

•            Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and data collection.

•            Maintain customer records and regularly update sales activities.

•            Provide and coordinate after-sales service and customer support.

•            Coordinate with the technical/service team for installation, training, troubleshooting, and customer requirements.

•            Build strong customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

•           Technical/Engineering/SportsScience/Physiotherapy/Physiology/Biomechanics/SnC background preferred.

•            Must be able to use basic equipment

•            Must be fluent in 2/3 languages including local, Hindi/English

•            Must be able to use windows, android, iOS devices

•            Past experience in med tech, sports tech, physiotherapy, rehab, or technical product sales preferred

•            Should be ready for extensive travel to multiple surrounding states in the assigned territory
