Job Description
Who you are Executive Assistant – Sales & Client Relations incentive based job
- Polished and well-groomed, with a strong executive presence
- Confident and assertive: you pick up the phone, pitch without hesitation, and hold your own with senior clients
- Adaptable to changing schedules, last-minute meetings, and occasional domestic travel
- Articulate in English and Hindi (other language a plus)
- 1–4 years in sales, client servicing, hospitality, airline, or executive assistance
What you’ll do
- Run the founder’s calendar, inbox, meetings, and follow-ups
- Call leads, qualify prospects, book demos, and close subscriptions
- Coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics for leadership and key clients
- Host and manage senior clients and partners at meetings and events
- Keep the CRM and reports current
- Provide life style support, occassional travel with VIP
- Client Relationship Management and Ownership
