Job Description

  • Guest Welcome: Restaurant me aane wale guests ko smile ke sath greet karna aur unhe table tak escort karna.
  • Order Taking: Menu ki poori knowledge rakhna, guests ko best dishes suggest karna, aur accurately order lena.
  • Floor Management: Waiters aur baki floor staff ke kaam par dhyan dena taaki service me koi delay na ho.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Khane ke dauran guests se feedback lena aur agar koi complaint ho, toh use turant aur bohot hi politely solve karna.
  • Billing & Upselling: Guests ko desserts ya special drinks suggest karke sales badhana aur billing process ko smoothly handle karwana.
  • Hygiene Check: Service area aur tables ekdum saaf-suthre aur properly set up hain ya nahi, yeh check karna.
