About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding client requirements, generating business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
• Generate leads through calls, references, networking, and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• 0–4 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
