Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits.
- Follow up with clients regularly and maintain accurate lead records.
- Negotiate with clients and assist throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
- Real estate sales experience is preferred; freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
