Job Summary

Elite Unique Services Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join its Real Estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers with property inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Negotiate and close property deals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and project details.
