Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads and follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Understand clients’ requirements, budgets, and property preferences.
  • Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into successful bookings.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and developers to ensure smooth client handling.
  • Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up updates, and client information in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly sales, booking, and revenue targets.
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a channel partner firm.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Good follow-up, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales conversion.
  • Basic knowledge of Pune’s real estate market is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp communication.
