Job Description

  • Handle incoming leads and understand clients’ property requirements.
  • Generate new business opportunities through calls, references, networking, and market activities.
  • Connect with potential buyers and provide suitable property/project recommendations.
  • Explain project details, pricing, location, amenities, payment plans, and other relevant information to clients.
  • Conduct and coordinate property/site visits with prospective clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful property bookings and sales.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with current real estate projects, market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to maximize conversions and revenue.
  • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience from lead generation to closure.
