Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized candidate for the position of Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, shipment coordination, dispatch, and documentation. The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, with strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. The role involves coordinating with customers, suppliers, transporters, courier partners, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth and timely movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for import and local shipments
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports
• Conduct stock checking and inventory management
• Oversee material packing activities
• Coordinate dispatch with customers and freight forwarders
• Identify and develop new freight forwarders
• Work on freight cost optimization

Requirements:

·       Experience: 0–2 years in Logistics / Operations / Dispatch; (Fresher’s can also apply)

·       Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

·       Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to coordinate with customers, transporters and freight forwarders
