Junior Architect

We are seeking a sincere, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Junior Architect to join our growing design team in Pune. In this role, you will work closely with senior architects and consultants on high-end villas and residential multi-family projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a solid understanding of local building codes, and a proactive attitude toward learning and mastering new design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs, concepts, and detailed presentations for luxury villas and residential multi-family buildings.
• Prepare precise, error-free working drawings, municipal submission drawings, and good-for-construction (GFC) sets.
• Coordinate closely with structural engineering and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants to seamlessly integrate their inputs into the core architectural layouts.
• Ensure all architectural designs strictly comply with Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), and Maharashtra Unified DCPR (UDCPR) bylaws.
• Track project progress and coordinate with site teams to resolve day-to-day architectural queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree from a recognized institution.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in residential architecture (specifically villas and multi-family apartments).
• Exceptional proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD). Proficiency in rendering tools or presentation software is a strong plus.
• Solid grasp of construction details, material specifications, and the preparation of working drawing packages.
• Clear understanding of local building rules, FSI calculations, setback requirements, and approval processes in the Pune region.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to effectively interface with external consultants, vendors, and team members.
