RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training Delivery: Facilitate highly interactive, hands-on labs and classroom sessions on foundational and advanced Red Hat architectures.
- Curriculum Alignment: Collaborate with content creation teams to improve learning modules, assignments, and practical review scenarios.
- Lab Management: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot virtualized laboratory environments to execute system administration tasks. Certification Preparation: Mentor and coach candidates to clear core industrial milestones.
- Performance Tracking: Evaluate student progress through mock tests, script reviews, and system troubleshooting assessments.
- Deliver classroom sessions and practical laboratory training.
- Guide students in mini projects, major projects, and certification preparation.
- Develop assignments, lab manuals, and training content.
- Prepare students for technical interviews.
- Evaluate student performance through practical assessments and examinations.
- Keep the curriculum aligned with the latest networking and Linux industry standards.
ELIGIBILITY
✔ BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, MCA, MSc (Computer Science/IT), or equivalent
