• 🧹 Daily Cleaning ResponsibilitiesClean and mop all resident rooms as per the scheduled cleaning plan.
• Sweep and mop corridors, staircases, passages and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms and toilets thoroughly.
• Clean the dining area and common lounge regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception/entrance area.
• Dust furniture, doors, windows, railings, fans and other surfaces.
• Empty all dustbins and replace garbage bags.
• Ensure garbage is properly segregated and disposed of at the designated location.
• 🚿 Washroom HygieneClean toilets, washbasins, mirrors, taps and bathroom floors.
• Check washrooms regularly for cleanliness, smell and hygiene.
• Report any water leakage, blocked drain, damaged tap or plumbing issue immediately.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals and equipment are safely stored after use.
• 🛏️ Rooms & Resident AreasMaintain cleanliness without disturbing residents' personal belongings.
• Do not open wardrobes, bags, drawers or personal storage without permission.
• Immediately report any damage, maintenance problem or unusual issue to management.
• Treat all residents politely and respectfully.
• 🍽️ Kitchen & Dining SupportKeep the dining tables, chairs and surrounding area clean.
• Clean food spills immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness around drinking-water/RO areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain overall hygiene.
• 🧽 Weekly / Deep CleaningDeep-clean floors, corners, windows and common areas.
• Remove cobwebs.
• Clean fans, lights, doors, grills and railings.
• Clean areas behind and underneath furniture.
• Assist with periodic deep cleaning of rooms and common facilities.
• 📋 Basic RulesReport to duty on time and in proper uniform.
• Follow the daily housekeeping checklist.
• Use cleaning materials carefully and avoid wastage.
• Never use residents' personal items.
• Any lost item found must be immediately handed over to management.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality regarding residents.
• Be polite and professional with students, parents, visitors and staff.
• Do not leave the premises during duty hours without permission.
• Inform management immediately about any safety, hygiene, maintenance or security concern.
