Job Description

* Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities and training programs.

* Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.

* Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their career goals.

* Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

* Maintain student records and CRM updates.

* Achieve monthly admission targets.

* Coordinate with the marketing and training teams.


*Required Skills:*

* Excellent Communication Skills (English, Hindi & Marathi preferred)

* Strong Convincing & Counselling Ability

* Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office/CRM)

* Positive Attitude and Customer-Centric Approach
