§ Job Title: Deputy General Manager (DGM)

§ Location: Pune (Baner)

§ Experience: Experienced candidates 

 

About Us: We are a leading Real Estate firm dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. Our team is passionate about helping people find their dream homes, and we pride ourselves on our deep market knowledge and innovative approach. We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Sales to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, business development, and strategic planning. 


Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

· Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Lead and mentor Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

· Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key clients.

· Monitor sales pipelines, conversions, forecasts, and business performance.

· Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Pre-Sales teams to improve lead conversion.

· Handle high-value client negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.

· Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales professionals.

· Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.

· Prepare MIS reports and present business performance to senior management.

 

  Requirements:

· 4-6 years of experience in real estate sales.

· Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.

· Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

· Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

· Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting tools.


  Eligibility:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, or a related field.
