Job Description – CRM Technical Case Support Executive

Department: Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)

Location: Pune / As per business requirement

Experience: Freshers can apply | 0–3 years preferred

Reporting To: CRM Business Head / Senior Manager – CRM

About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Technical Case Support Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will support the team during cardiac device procedures and work closely with Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, hospitals, and the CRM sales team.

You will get the opportunity to learn about Pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices and gain practical experience in the medical device industry.

Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Case Support

• Support the team during Pacemaker, ICD, and CRT procedures.
• Make sure the required devices, leads, and equipment are ready for each case.
• Assist with basic device preparation and programming.
• Maintain case records and documentation.

Product & Technical Support

• Learn about CRM products, devices, leads, and accessories.
• Understand the basics of Pacemakers, ICDs, CRT-P, and CRT-D.
• Learn basic device programming, checking, and troubleshooting.
• Attend product and technical training.

Hospital & Doctor Coordination

• Coordinate with doctors, Cath Lab/OT teams, and hospital staff.
• Understand upcoming cases and ensure timely support.
• Maintain good professional relationships with hospital teams.
• Handle case-related requirements and escalate issues when needed.

Sales Team Support

• Work with the CRM sales team for case planning.
• Support product demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Assist with physician presentations and training.
• Support the team in developing new CRM centres.

Inventory & Documentation

• Coordinate with the operations team for product availability.
• Maintain proper records of devices and leads used in each case.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products.
• Follow company and hospital SOPs.

Eligibility

• Freshers can apply.
• Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Medical Electronics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in medical devices or cardiac care is preferred.
• Experience with Pacemaker, ICD, or CRT support is an advantage.
• Interest in medical technology and cardiology.

Skills Required

• Good technical understanding and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in hospitals and Cath Lab/OT environments.
• Able to work under pressure when required.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Good documentation skills.
