Job Description

  • Generate and qualify leads through company-generated leads, referrals, and self-sourcing.
  • Contact prospective customers via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
  • Schedule and conduct project presentations and site visits.
  • Follow up with prospects until closure and maintain regular communication.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and customer onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and industry developments.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process.
