Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities1. Market Research & Lead Generation·        Assist in conducting market research and competitor benchmarking to identify potential client segments and industry trends.

·        Build, clean, and enrich targeted databases of prospective corporate clients, partners, and key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

·        Support the identification of new geographic and vertical expansion opportunities.

2. Digital Outreach & Sales Support·        Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support digital outreach campaigns, email marketing, and social selling initiatives.

·        Assist in drafting high-impact sales pitches, introductory emails, and follow-up templates for prospective B2B clients.

·        Help track and update pipeline data, customer interactions, and deal stages in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce).

3. B2B Sales & Communication·        Participate in initial discovery calls, note-taking, and client communication workflows to understand customer pain points.

·        Support the preparation of customized sales collateral, proposal decks, and case studies for client presentations.

·        Engage in preliminary outreach (cold calling/messaging) to qualified prospects under the guidance of senior team members.
