WE ARE HIRING BDM | EMPLOYEE TRANSPORT SERVICES (ETS)

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) Employee Transport Services

Location: Pune

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Employee Transport / Corporate Transportation / Transport Services Sales

Salary: 31,000 40,000 per month

Gender: Female

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business opportunities in Employee Transport Services (ETS).
• Identify and approach new corporate clients.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, references, and other channels.
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable transport solutions.
• Handle client negotiations, quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth service delivery.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into business.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and regular sales reports.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in Employee Transport Services / Corporate Transportation / Transport Industry.
• Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
• Experience in new client acquisition and corporate client handling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Pune corporate market will be an advantage.
• Confident, presentable, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.
