Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer order booking and order processing
  • Supplier Purchase Order (PO) placement and follow-up
  • Delivery schedule coordination with customers and suppliers
  • RFQ preparation, quotation coordination, and follow-up with supplier
  • Preparing and communicating dispatch instructions
  • Coordinating with the sales, purchase, accounts, and dispatch teams
  • Maintaining accurate order records and ensuring timely updates
  • Following up on pending orders and deliveries


Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and documentation
  • Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
