Position Overview:

 G Skyeagle Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. As an Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with accounting principles and standards. Your expertise in financial management and data analysis will contribute to the overall financial success of our civil and construction projects.

Responsibilities:

·        Financial Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

·        Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports as required by management and regulatory authorities.

·        Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor budgets, providing insights into cost optimization and resource allocation.

·        Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and timely preparation of tax returns, including income tax, GST, and other relevant taxes.

·        Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.

·        Cash Management: Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and cash transactions, ensuring accurate recording of funds.

·        Vendor Management: Oversee accounts payable functions, processing payments to vendors and contractors in a timely manner.

·        Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to aid in strategic decision-making.

·        Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliation of accounts to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

·        Compliance: Stay updated with accounting standards, principles, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

·        Month-end and Year-end Closing: Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to prepare financial statements and reports.

·        Cost Control: Monitor project costs and expenses, providing recommendations to optimize spending and cost-saving opportunities.

·        Financial Software: Utilize accounting software and tools effectively to manage financial records and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·        Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus.

·        Experience: Proven experience as an Accountant in the civil and construction industries or a similar field.

·        Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.

·        Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.

·        Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.

·        Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

·        Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

·        Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and financial management tools (e.g., Tally, ERP, SAP).

·        Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address financial issues and recommend solutions.
