Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify vendor invoices, supplier bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Verify invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), and GRNs.
- Manage vendor payments, outstanding balances, and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle project-related expenses, vendor advances, and retention payments.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Project, Store, and Site teams for invoice approvals.
- Prepare vendor outstanding reports, payment schedules, and MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
