Position: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

Aqua J1 Technologies is looking for a dedicated Accountant with 1–2 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, Compliances, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, books of accounts, and financial records.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities efficiently.

• Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and voucher processing.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare MIS reports and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

• Maintain and monitor purchase, sales, inventory, and related accounting records.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments as required.

• Assist management with financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

• Undertake and manage any other accounting, administrative, operational, or business-related activities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time based on organizational requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 6 months - 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Working Hours

·        Monday to Saturday

·        10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
