Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Maintain sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
  • Make accounting entries in Tally or other accounting software.
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers and financial records.
  • Handle bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
  • Manage GST/TDS-related records and documentation.
  • Call and communicate with clients regarding invoices, payments, and account-related queries.
  • Follow up with clients for pending payments and required documents.
  • Resolve basic client account-related queries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

Requirements:

  • B.Com/M.Com or relevant qualification preferred.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
