Job Description

We are looking for a sales manager to handle sales growth, customer follow-up, lead generation, quotation follow-up and order closing for our office automation sales and service business.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business from relevant customer segments.
  • Understand customer needs and their product/service requirements.
  • Handle leads, quotations, follow-ups and order closing.
  • Manage existing customers and improve repeat business.
  • Follow up for pending quotations, orders and payments.
  • Maintain a daily sales report and a monthly sales achievement report.
  • Guide and support sales executives, if required.
  • Able to handle a team and interested in accepting leadership.

Requirements:

  • B2B field sales experience required.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-orientated and follow-up-focused.
  • Basic computer knowledge required.
  • Two-wheeler preferred.
  • Candidates from Puducherry, Cuddalore, Villupuram and nearby areas preferred.
