Job Description
We're currently Hiring Customer Care Executives as well as Senior Customer Care Executive to join our team at Anshu Enterprises for a sales voice process in a WFO setup at our Prayagraj location. Key Requirements:
Proficient in International BPO operations.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Capable of working in night shifts.
