Job Description
Accounts Assistant
Location: Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Education: Graduate in Commerce / B.Com preferred
- Job Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Manage accounts-related data using Tally and MS Excel.
- Maintain proper records of expenses and outstanding payments.
- Assist senior accounts staff with reports and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely completion of accounting tasks.
- Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar accounting role.
- Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- B.Com / Commerce background is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
