Training Centre Associate / Front Desk Executive – Pimple Saudagar (Immediate Hiring)

Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 / month (Based on experience) + Incentives

Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

About the Role:

We are hiring an energetic, customer-friendly Training Centre Associate for our Pimple Saudagar office. You will be the face of our centre, handling student walk-ins and converting online campaign inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

 Walk-In Management: Warmly greet visiting students and parents, explain course details, and conduct office tours.

 Lead Conversion: Call, follow up with, and convert digital leads generated from our online/social media ad campaigns.

 Database Management: Maintain daily inquiry logs, call status, and walk-in records in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

 Ad-hoc Front Desk Tasks: Manage office inquiries, schedule counseling sessions, and coordinate basic administrative duties.

Candidate Requirements:

 Languages: Fluent in Marathi and Hindi (Good spoken English is a major advantage).

 Communication: Excellent phone etiquette, clear speaking voice, and strong persuasive skills.

 Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and smartphone usage.

 Experience: 0 to 2 years in Front Desk, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Counseling.

 Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Pimple Saudagar, Wakad, Rahatani, or Pimple Gurav.
