Job Description

  1. Post LHS's resale listings on property portals and keep them fresh, so they bring in buyer enquiries.
  2. Make the first call to every new buyer enquiry the same day. Qualify each buyer on budget, requirement, and a timeline.
  3. Shortlist 5+ matching properties for each qualified buyer. Send the buyer the options and location, and book the visit with the Sales Executive.
  4. Confirm every visit twice: the evening before and 2 hours before.
  5. After each visit, take the buyer's feedback and collect a written offer. Hand it to the Sales Executive/Manager for negotiation.
  6. Call past enquiries and LHS's buyer and investor database to bring dormant buyers back to a visit.
  7. Keep Zoho accurate and up to date every day
