• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer questions professionally and maintain good relationships.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email).
• Confidence in handling phone calls.
• Ability to follow up with customers and close sales.
• Freshers can apply if the company offers training.
• Salary (Indicative — India)Fresher: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
• Experienced: ₹18,000–₹25,000+ per month
• Incentives may be offered based on sales performance.
• Working ConditionsWork from the office; no field visits in a typical inside-sales role.
• Fixed office hours, depending on the company.
• Some roles involve daily calling targets and performance-based incentives.
