Sales & Billing Executive

मुख्य जबाबदारी- आम्हाला स्वतंत्रपणे Office Handle करू शकणारी, Customers सोबत confidently बोलू शकणारी आणि आलेल्या Enquiries चे Orders मध्ये Conversion करू शकणारी जबाबदार Sales & Office Executive हवी आहे.

Candidate ने customer enquiry आल्यापासून Order Confirmation, Billing आणि Payment Follow-up पर्यंत संपूर्ण काम व्यवस्थित handle करता आले पाहिजे.

Job Responsibilities• Daily office work independently handle करणे

• Customers सोबत Phone, WhatsApp आणि Email द्वारे professionally communicate करणे

• Customerची requirement व्यवस्थित समजून घेणे

• Customerला products/services समजावून सांगून enquiry चे order मध्ये conversion करणे

• प्रत्येक enquiryचा नियमित आणि व्यवस्थित follow-up घेणे

• IndiaMART, Website, WhatsApp, Email आणि Phone वरून येणाऱ्या enquiries handle करणे

• Quotations तयार करून customersना पाठवणे

• Confirmed ordersची Design / Production Team सोबत coordination करणे

• Vyapar App वर Quotation, Invoice आणि Billing करणे

• Customer payments आणि outstanding paymentsचा follow-up करणे

• Existing customersना repeat ordersसाठी follow-up करणे

• Excelमध्ये Enquiry, Quotation, Order, Payment आणि Customer Records maintain करणे

• Office records आणि daily work व्यवस्थित maintain करणे

• Safety Poster India च्या Industrial / B2B customersना handle करणे

• Fire Plan India च्या enquiries आणि email communicationमध्ये support करणे

Candidate Requirements• Office independently handle करण्याची क्षमता असावी

• Customerशी confidently बोलून sales/order convert करता आले पाहिजे

• Good communication & follow-up skills आवश्यक

• Marathi आणि Hindi चांगले असावे

• Basic to Good English आवश्यक

• Computer knowledge आवश्यक

• MS Excel, Email आणि WhatsApp वापरता आले पाहिजे

• Responsible, active आणि self-motivated असावे

• IndiaMART Lead Handling experience असल्यास preference

• Vyapar App experience असल्यास preference

• IndiaMART / Vyapar App माहित नसल्यास training दिले जाईल

Salary₹12,000 – ₹14,000 Fixed Salary + Sales Incentive

Sales performance आणि successful order conversionनुसार additional incentive आणि salary growth opportunity उपलब्ध आहे.
