Job Title: Relationship Manager (RM) – Real Estate

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to handle real estate sales, customer inquiries, site visits, follow-ups, and lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads from Meta, 99acres, MagicBricks, referrals, and other sources.

- Call and qualify customers to understand their property requirements.

- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers.

- Regularly follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships.

- Explain project details, configurations, pricing, offers, and payment plans.

- Convert leads into site visits and site visits into bookings.

- Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for smooth sales closure.

- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.

- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in real estate sales, property sales, or direct sales preferred.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.

- Willingness to travel for site visits.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.

- Hindi and Marathi communication required.

- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
