About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, target-oriented and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Charholi.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert real estate sales leads into site visits and bookings.
• Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp and direct meetings.
• Conduct site visits and professionally present project features, pricing and offers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and follow up consistently.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update CRM.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects and local property developments.
• Achieve individual monthly targets and contribute to team performance.
• Candidate Requirements2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Highly target-oriented and result-driven.
• Hardworking, disciplined and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
• Comfortable with field work and client meetings.
• Own bike and valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
