🚨 WALK-IN INTERVIEW – QUALITY INSPECTOR | CASTING INDUSTRY 🚨

Position: Quality Inspector(12 hrs)

Industry: Casting / Manufacturing

Location: Chakan – Bhamboli, Pune

Salary Range: 20 k to 23 k in hand

Experience: Candidates with experience in the Casting Industry preferred

• 📌 Job ResponsibilitiesInspect cast components as per drawing, specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspection of casting components.
• Identify casting defects such as cracks, porosity, blow holes, shrinkage, etc.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Gauges, etc.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
• Ensure compliance with customer and internal quality requirements.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Follow safety and quality procedures at the workplace.
• 🎯 Candidate RequirementsExperience in Quality Inspection in Casting / Foundry Industry preferred.
• Knowledge of casting defects and inspection methods.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand basic GD&T will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments is required.
• ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Candidates who can work in Chakan – Bhamboli are preferred.
