Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through online and offline channels.
  • Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and other platforms.
  • Promote travel packages, group tours, family trips and honeymoon packages.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Create and support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain customer and lead details in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA/BBA/BMS preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
  • Customer-focused and target-oriented.
  • Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Travel industry experience will be an advantage.
