Finance ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial and accounting activities. The role involves maintaining financial records, processing invoices and payments, preparing reports, monitoring expenses, handling reconciliations, and supporting the finance team with accurate and timely financial information.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting and finance transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Monitor expenses, collections, and outstanding payments.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, and internal departments.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Support audits and provide required financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting is preferred.
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
