Field Sales Executive – School & College Outreach

We are looking for an energetic person to build partnerships and generate student enquiries through visits to schools, junior colleges, coaching classes and educational events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct regular visits to schools, colleges and relevant institutions in Pune and PCMC.
• Meet principals, coordinators, teachers and counsellors to introduce AICT programs.
• Generate opportunities for career guidance sessions, seminars, workshops, aptitude tests and student interactions.
• Build and maintain a database of institutions, contact persons and visit outcomes.
• Generate qualified student and parent leads through institutional outreach.
• Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team for events, brochures, presentations and follow-up.
• Represent the institute professionally during meetings, exhibitions and career events.
• Submit daily visit reports, lead details and weekly business-development updates.
• Achieve monthly targets for meetings, events, partnerships and generated leads.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Must be comfortable travelling locally across Pune and PCMC.
• Experience in education sales, institutional sales, field marketing or business development preferred.
• Ability to build professional relationships with schools and colleges.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
• Graduation preferred.
