Data Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities

·       Enter, update, and verify data in databases and software systems.

·       Review source documents for accuracy and completeness.

·       Maintain and organize digital and physical records.

·       Generate reports as required by management.

·       Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

·       Hands on experience in Google Workspace, Excel, MS Office tools etc is must.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create, edit, and maintain spreadsheets.

·       Skilled in data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering, and data validation.

Experience using formulas and functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables.

Ability to generate reports, charts, and dashboards for data analysis.

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in any field

·       Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role.

·       Fast and accurate typing skills

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

·       Knowledge of Google Workspace, Excel, MS Office tools etc is must.

Experience : 1-3 Years
